Unlike many of the large estate agency groups we are dedicated to lettings & property management and did not establish the business just in case residential sales declined.

We have always treated property letting and management as a business in its own right.

When we are seeking to let the property, we do not just rely on advertisements in local press or "To Let" property boards.  We have, in addition, an expanding database of contacts. We frequently send property lists and reports to re-location companies and other large employers in the immediate vicinity. We are also in close touch with recruitment and contracting agents who are likely to be bringing employees to the area.

In addition, we are also in contact with individuals and companies who are relocating staff from overseas.  As a result we have let properties to employees who work for companies in the Middle East, Far East, The Americas and Europe.

We believe that successful companies develop by being dynamic and innovative.  We are constantly striving to improve the service we offer to our clients by implementing fresh ideas.

We have an ongoing development policy to widen the range of services we are able to offer to our landlords.
